I have developed skills and experience in professional marketing, both practically and through accredited CIM level 4 and 6 qualifications. I have found a flare for brand management which elevates reputation and brand interest through creating, distributing and maximizing relevant content across a variety of channels for target audiences.I focus on boosting the reputation and profile as foundations on which further campaigns are reliant upon. I lead on campaigns for pupil admissions, staff recruitment and volunteer recruitment, all of which indicate a proven track record for effective growth marketing which is clearly evidenced through data. I also work on projects for event promotion and income generating projects and much more, I thrive on using insights gained through effective internal and external analysis, customer research and psychological awareness to develop messaging, imagery and relevant content which appeals to target audiences.As well as general marketing and communications skills, I have also had first hand experience of supporting crisis communications within an organisation.
