Provide administrative support the for the Field Health Services team. Responsibilities include: • Providing the full range of executive assistant type support to the Program Manager for the Field Health Services, including administrative management and coordination• Providing substantive administrative and operational support to task teams to deliver high quality services in compliance with Bank procedures and safeguards, including task management, database management, editing, and event/conference planning• Drafting/editing standard project-related correspondence and documents using proper grammar, punctuation and style to ensure timely clearance, distribution and compliance with Bank procedures, as well as provide quality enhancement of project documentation, key outputs, reports and other documentation• Event Management: Organizing all logistics (such as data gathering, database management, participant invitations and follow-up, hotel/transportation logistics, etc), for our HQ and International staff for conferences, workshops and events as required• Providing organizational support to the unit; arrange meetings and appointments (booking conference rooms, requests for teleconference and video conference, coffee services, etc.)• Providing back-up support to other program assistants, analysts, and staff in the unit and across the department as required, including back up support to the Program
