• Build up and improve Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) in a dynamic project & PIPO related environment • Identify the needs throughout supply chain to improve responsiveness, reliability, and inventory, to turn supply chain into a competitive advantage for the Category • Translate the Markets Demand plan to a full Regional Demand Plan and alignment with Financial Plan of the Category• Manage the process in case of scarcity & drive allocation within the Category• Support project forecasting and bilateral meetings between Markets and factory supply teams• Coordinate Phase in/Phase out, in close cooperation with Markets (demand planners), factory Supply teams and Category Product Marketing• Support/Initiate supply excellence improvements with both suppliers (internal and BFR), markets and WoW within supply chain (standardization, lean, …)

• Verifies & confirms FG intake plan feasibility vs. capacity and components/supplier constraints • Balances Demand & Supply with S&OP Leader, FG MG & DP Market • Owns the execution of the supply plan by the various allocated supply sources (both internal and BFR) (cost) optimization through allocation of portfolio to the Supply Sources (Factory & BfR) • Weekly/Monthly performance monitoring & corrective actions (KPI’s: Industrial inventory, Industrial SloMo, OPS DRM, Lead Time, IWD) • Delivers MT/LT capacity plan (in-house/outsourced) including scenario planning & risk analysis as input for a Business S&OP • Responsible for providing the volumes required for price & capacity planning in Rofo/AOP • Benchmarks & improves OBLT based on market requirements• People: Manages performance and builds capabilities
