I have majored in biotechnology research with an specialization in the biosanitary field with +7 years of experience. During this time, I had the chance to master multiple molecular biology techniques, together with in vitro and in vivo studies, to identify potential therapeutic targets for cancer therapy. These years provided me with additional skills that go far beyond lab work: -Communication skills: written and oral communication of scientific information in a precise and efficientway, as shown by the participation in several international and national congresses, as well as numerous seminars.-Project management: coordination and supervision of multidisciplinary teams, as well as supervision of several bachelor and master interns. -Adaptability and problem solving: I am used to working in a fast-paced environment and I am capableof managing several projects at once, both independently and in teams. I like to be exposed to new challenges and experienceswhich allow me to constantly learn new abilities.-Teamworking: proven in the participation in research lines with different groups and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Research Associate | Phd | Cancer Research | Genetics | Molecular BiologySpanish National Cancer Research Centre (Cnio) Nov 2017 - Aug 2023Madrid Y Alrededores, EspañaMy main objective during this project was to characterize the safety and efficiency of several oncogenes as potential therapeutic targets for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Some of the main accomplishments of this research are:-The identification of the therapeutic effect of the genetic ablation of two target genes both in vitro and in vivo.-The characterization of the potential toxic effects of systemically removing said targets in previously generated mouse models.-The study of the therapeutic effect of different combined treatments in vitro and in vivo. -

Research Intern | Cancer ResearchGenyo. Pfizer-University Of Granada-Junta De Andalucia Center For Genomics And Oncological Research Feb 2016 - Jun 2017Granada, Andalucía, EspañaMy goal during this internship was to develop a cell culture model carrying chromosomal rearrangements previously related with the development of leukemia, and the identification of the effects of said mutation in hematopoietic differentiation. -
Research Intern | GeneticsCentro Andaluz De Biología Del Desarrollo Sep 2014 - Jun 2015Sevilla, Andalucía, EspañaMy main objective during this internship was to develop and validate PCR strategies to identify point mutations in human blood samples. This data analysis later allowed the laboratory to correlate these point mutations with different degrees of fertility among European female population
