Casa San Antonio is the Official Representation of the City of San Antonio, Texas in Mexico. It responds directly to San Antonio’s Economic Development Department (EDD) and the International Relations Office (IRO) and is responsible for facilitating and promoting trade, business network and government liaising between San Antonio and Mexico under the NAFTA agreement.As an International Trade Specialist, my practice was divided in two main objectives: (1) to facilitate the protocol and good governance relations between the City and the Mexican government, and (2) to provide aid to American and Mexican companies who were interested in engage on international trade under the NAFTA agreement.

The CMDPDH is a civil organization that accompanies and advocates in favor of people who have been victim of grave violations of Human Rights. Alongside, it has advisory status for the Organization of American States (OAS) the United Nations (UN). As a Policy Assistant, I worked analyzing and systematizing data and interviews for a special project focused on giving visibility to the internal displacement of people due to violence in Northern Mexico.

Habitat International Coalition for Latin America (HIC-AL) links diverse Latin American Institutions and grass-roots organizations that are working towards rights to habitat and social justice. During my time at HIC-AL, I worked in the core team promoting the "Mexico City, Right to the City Chart" and in the preparation for the regional standpoint in the Right to the City for Habitat III. Also, in national platforms to advocate for Right to the Water.
