Attorney
CurrentI am a Partner and co-chair of Cuddy + Feder’s Telecommunications Group. I concentrate my practice in zoning and telecommunications. I appear before municipal and state boards, commissions and agencies. My background in environmental engineering allows me to integrate technical experience into my representation of landowners, developers, and the telecommunications industry. I use my multi-disciplinary experience and knowledge to manage consultants and formulate approaches to successfully advance projects through complex and sometimes controversial approval processes. I have a proven record of developing strategies to achieve client goals and avert litigation. When litigation is inevitable, my strategies result in a sound record. I frequently lecture at CLE programs on zoning and telecommunications. I am Immediate Past President of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and currently serve on its executive board and as co-chair of the Environmental & Land Use Committee. I am a board member of the White Plains Bar Association and serve as counsel to the White Plains Beautification Foundation. I am the New York Representative of Women in Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF). I am a sponsor of the Westchester/Putnam Chapter of the NYSSPE and a member of the New York State Bar Association.Prior to becoming an attorney, I had a successful engineering career where I served as project manager for several utility clients. The various projects I administered included energy efficiency rebates programs, water/wastewater treatment facility O&M and telecommunications design. When people learn that I am also an engineer, they often ask if I am a “glutton for punishment” since both are very demanding. I respond that I appreciate the challenge. My past experience adds value to my law practice as I have the technical expertise and project management skills I need to understand a matter so that I can effectively apply my legal skills to achieve my clients’ goals.
