Within the Operations department, responsible for managing the order book and act as single point of contact between Sales and Supply organizations for the assigned product family (BU Network). Specifically:• Analysis of customer forecasts and support in defining the Demand Plan towards suppliers• Verification of production plans and evaluation of their impact on customer orders• Requests for improvements to suppliers and indication of production priorities in case of critical issues• Preparation of reports and documentation on order book status, progress meetings with customers• Management of escalations and prioritization of the order book for critical materials• Verification of Finished Goods inventory levels to minimize stock and related scrapping• Analysis and management of materials (FG) to be reused in the sales chain (Buy Back)• Management of quality issues impacting both customers and warehouse stock

Responsible for managing the Order Desk team for internal HW/SW orders and issuing purchase requisition for HW/services offered by external suppliers, for the European market. Specifically:• Creation and management of the team (15 people)• Definition of activities and implementation/maintenance of working instructions• Monitoring team performance and supporting skill growth sharing best practices• Creation of orders in “SAP ONE” management system• Issuing purchase requests (PR) for third-party services or materials, goods receipt and invoice registration• Initiating customer’s claim procedures for non-compliant goods and transport service issues

Responsible for managing the order execution for Italian and foreign clients and assist them in the post sales phase. Specifically:• Receiving, accepting and fulfilling sales orders• Entering customer orders into “SAP”, planning orders based on the production plan or warehouse stock, allocating material and checking the progress status, issuing shipping documents and invoices, organizing shipments• Handling complaints, returning faulty materials, managing replacements and/or repairs• Interfacing with the Supply Planner and Logistics functions of production sites• Interfacing with the Purchasing and Inbound office for third-party supplier• Managing critical issues, delays, quality problems and prioritizing materials for customer orders• Coordinating with Field Service Managers for planning installation activities• Held progress meetings with customers, providing reports and support• Managing emergencies, escalations and specific customer issues/requests• Monitoring and analyzing performance (KPIs)

Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statement during the bid/tender process or contract renewals. Specifically:• Analysis and evaluation of costs (related to technical solutions, commercial conditions, production), risk analysis and mitigation (contingency), cash flow analysis and discount evaluation• Analysis of the selling price by comparing market prices, previous offers and existing contracts• Collaboration with technical department to find the most cost-efficient solution already during the preparation of the technical offer
