Supporting and driving the productivity of the product team, designing and documentingprocess through consultation and co-design, resolving mitigations to momentum, providing visibility to stakeholders through reports and roadmaps.- Redesigned the Implementation Plan for the Laboratory Assurance Program within the Modern Technology and Diagnostic Tools Program at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. Our team was funded to develop and implement the Strategy, which supported and built capacity in Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) across areas of quality, outcomes, learning and development, collaboration, networking, sustainability, and cultural competency.Key aspects of my role:- Developing business strategy and actioning operations to support the sector to achieve accreditation against the Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES).- Managing key stakeholders from multiple interstate government departments, a sector of 190+ organisations across the state, consultants, assessors, and other aligned organisations.- Developing and managing an annual survey to clients of all SHS throughout NSW to track satisfaction and build continuous quality improvement in service delivery.- Developing, designing and coordinating the output of strategic communications.- Designing and shaping the strategic direction and operating environment to deliver communities of practice meetings, including a fortnightly meeting series for the SHS sector (200+ attendees), responding to COVID, and coordinating information distribution from government, health experts, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) consultants.- Conducting extensive stakeholder consultation and engagement, strategic planning and program management toward the development of inclusive practice on-demand training materials addressing safer service delivery to vulnerable communities such as LGBTQIA+, First Nations, CALD, and Disability.- Researching, conducting intensive consultations, and developing recommendations to multiple government departments in support of improved cultural safety for First Nations communities working and accessing services in SHS, particularly in relation to undertaking the ASES accreditation.
