Bachelor in Law, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with research and editorial experience. She currently works as Director of Research and Advocacy for the NGO Hiperderecho, a civil association based in Peru that works at the intersection between technology, human rights and public interest. Her areas of work and interest focus on human rights, Internet governance, digital accessibility, digital divide and freedom of expression. She is a fellow of LACNIC's Líderes 2.0 Program, LACNIC's Policy Fellowship & ICANN78 Fellowship Program. She is part of the Organizing Comittee of the IGF Peru, and also carries out advocacy activities in national and international forums, as WIPO or UNESCO.
