As the Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Global Commercial Banking at Bank of America (BofA), I lead the bank’s efforts in expanding its industry-leading market share among public and private companies with more than $50 million annual revenue in the state of Indiana. As a market leader with over two decades of experience in banking, I am responsible for revenue and profitability, developing and executing the market strategy, talent acquisition and development, and being the bank’s brand ambassador to the business community in Indiana. I am a CPA and a CFA charter holder. I’m an advocate for the business community and support economic development efforts across the state of Indiana through my work and strategic board membership. I am also a public speaker focused on leadership, career development, and personal growth. I’ve been recognized for my professional and civic achievements by the Indianapolis Business Journal with the Indiana 250 award (three - time recipient) and the Women of Influence award and by Bank of America with the Pinnacle Award for outstanding business results and the Global Diversity and Inclusion Award for outstanding contributions to diversity and inclusion. I am a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. As a mentor to many, I help equip women and girls with the tools they need to advance their careers and achieve economic self-sufficiency. As a community leader, I serve on many non-profit boards to help them further their missions.
