Jeg har flere års erfaring med og kompetencer indenfor den strategiske udvikling af grønne forretningsmodeler baseret på industriel symbiose. Industriel symbiose er virksomhedssamarbejder baseret på udveksling af ellers uudnyttede ressourcer, som skaber miljømæssig og økonomisk værdig for virksomheder og samfundet. For at disse kan opstå er der brug for bl.a. identificering af symbiotiske muligheder hos virksomheder og facilitering for deres implementering. Derurdover er der brug for facilitering mellem en række (pirvate og offentlige) aktører og jonglere mellem forskellige interesser. Her kommer mine faciliterings kompetencer på spil. Jeg har en unik evne til at både tænke strategisk og langsigtet, og dermed ligge langsigtet virksomhedsstrategier, men også formulere og implementere specifikke og praktiske skridt hos virksomhederne for at disse kommer i gang med og implementere symbiotiske partnerskaber. Derudover har jeg let ved at bygge bro mellem de forskellige aktører der kan bringe symbiotiske forretningsmodeler til livs. Med den stor overblik over hvad der skal til for at sådanne grønne forretningsmodeller kan opstå og min tidligere erfaring med facilitering kan jeg tilrettelægge et skræddersyet faciliterings proces så virksomhederne kommer i gang med ressource effektivisering og besparelser. Jeg har en erhvervs PhD grad som jeg har udarbejdet i samarbejde mellem Port of Aalborg og Aalborg Universitet, hvilket gav mig den nødvendige faglige expertise indenfor facilitering af industrielle symbioser.

During this period I have worked closely with DCEA(Danish Center for Environmental Assessment) at AAU and the Port of Aalborg on the Port's strategic environmental business development project. I was doing the research on how to involve the Port's stakeholders within the project. The master thesis ended up in a proposed model for strategic stakeholder engagement taylored for the Port of Aalborg, but that can be used in other contexts as well.

Support the work of WWF Global Arctic Programme by conducting research and analysis related to responsible development and renewable energy issues in the Arctic. Author of the study "Energy transition towards renewable energy sources in the Arctic remote communities". A cross-boundary and pan-Arctic study with focus on Alaskan, Arctic Canadian, Greenlandic and Arctic Russian renewable energy study.

Working with Development of training and informational materials in the field of Cradle to Cradle and Circular Economy. Gather a lot of information about practical examples of implementing the Cradle to Cradle principles in the build environment, local governance and educational sector.

Aalborg University

During the 1st master semester I have studied the opportunities, benefits and challenges of implementing the circular procurement (circular economy thinking) principles within municipal procurement practices. The study have ended with proposal of step by step reccomandations for the different procurement phases.The general benefits and challenges related to the implementation of the circular economy principles into the procurement practices have been discussed.
