In 2013 we launched Empire Design Romania, a small creative agency specialized in branding, graphic design, web development and digital marketing.Some of my tasks:- Business administration.- Identify and develop the market for selling the company's services, B2B sales.- Managing relationships with customers and developing successful business partnerships nationally and internationally.- Project management: Branding / Web Development / Digital Marketing.- Communicating with customers to identify requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.- Planning and monitoring resources, deadlines and budgets for managed projects.- Distribution of tasks to all involved departments and their supervision.- Websites mapping.- Support in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.- Creating and managing social media content and promotional campaigns.- Copywriting.

In 2011 I took my first steps in entrepreneurship, opening an insurance brokerage franchise. Among my tasks along the way:- Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and that objectives are met.- Developing and managing a portfolio of new and existing clients.- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.- Develop and supervise a team of 7 sales representatives.- Implemented marketing and promotional initiatives that resulted in increased sales.We started from a team of 2 people with no client portfolio and grew to a team of 8 people with a substantial client portfolio.Even if the insurance brokerage activity became a secondary activity, the client portfolio was maintained and well managed.

In 2021 I took volunteering and personal involvement in the social community to a level of permanent commitment and joined Ataraxia Association, a non-governmental association that proposes and creates projects with national impact in the cultural and educational sector.Part of my tasks:- Project Management, identifying cultural and educational needs in the community, addressing them and designing - managing the necessary projects.- Identifying suitable partners for each project and managing partnerships.- Fundraising - attracting private or state funds to cover the necessary expenses.- Creating and managing promotional campaigns in all media.- Responsible for media communication, PR.- Organising the schedule of events, making the necessary acquisitions and ensuring logistical needs.Some of the projects I have been involved in:- August 2022: Buridava Festival - in charge of logistics, contract, communication with artists, partners and sponsors.- September 2022: VISart (Vâlcea International Street Art Festival) - assistant manager, fundraising, organization, acquisitions, partnerships, branding/marketing/communication/PR.- November 2022: "Versus" Theatre Festival 2022 (Anton Pann Theatre) - branding/marketing/social media/communication
