I worked with children in deprived areas of Buenos Aires. My role as an interim involved.Developed the sports curriculum for the UEFA foundation project, adding fun educational activities to improve life skills, health awareness, communication and decision making. Created a volunteer feedback form to improve data collection using questions to gain quantitative data with a likert scale. Used qualitative questions to gain more detailed information about the volunteer experience. My recommendations based on the feedback were implementedCompleted an analysis of different project management tools for the charity to use to improve communications and productivity. Evaluated Trello, Airtable, Monday, Notion, Asana and ClickUp. Report summarised trade-offs between cost, useability, features. Assisted with the UEFA foundation interim report, adding data to show what had been achieved from the funding to improvement children’s well being - including better attendance at school and academic performance. Applied for funding frrom the Foux Foundation. Created a report showing proposed use of funds and expected benefits. The rerport included organisation history, team structure, progress and impact to date, future challenges, community participation, changes we expect the activities in the project to produce, potential risk and how we will address them, how we will proceed after funding, other funding sources and a full budget breakdown. My role involved:-Publishing daily blogs (1000 words/images), crafting stories that would appeal to doctors and patients (who RingMD were trying to recruit); and get picked up by the press to build brand.Two of my blogs were picked up by the press.
