Qa Project Manager
Current• Creating and defining clear roles with responsibilities for the team, with the purpose of streamlining the work processes and procedures and aiming on bringing the team into a norming or performing phase as soon as possible. • Covering all aspects of project management, from creating plans, roadmaps, and tasks to distributing them accordingly based on resource allocation, expertise, and complexity of work. • Coordinating with other departments involved in the development of the projects, ensuring that tasks can be started and performed at the highest level of quality. • Hosting weekly meetings to discuss and work out any project related blockers, performing proper risk management and ensuring that there is little to no delay on tasks progression. • Keeping different level of stakeholders informed on the project status by providing detailed reports and having 1:1 meetings. • Tracking, storing, and managing several project metrics to reduce test times and optimize the work processes while keeping high quality and relevance. • Creating and sharing retrospective reports at the end of each project-phase with the goal of learning and improving the procedures for future use. • Fostering an informal work environment to improve communication and collaboration between team members. • Providing continuous feedback throughout the year, tailored made for specific contexts and events for each member, highlighting strengths and areas to improve upon. • Together with HR, based on the feedback given throughout the year, deliver performance evaluations with focus on growth for both professional and personal goals.
