Gives support to Europe Group CFO in financial controlling on E.Land Europe subsidiaries (Mandarina Duck, Coccinelle, Belfe, Lario, Gloverall, Lochcarron), cash flows supervision, budgetary control. Prepare and review IAS/IFRS reporting package. Consolidated F/S. Support in M&A transactions. Internal controls review retail. In the final part of this experience promoted as Mandarina Duck CFO.

• Schedule, conduct and organize audits of both listed and not listed companies • Generate audit reports • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of accounting and financial records and transactions. Good knowledge of IAS/IFRS and ITA GAAP• Main areas analyzed: Intangible and tangible assets; construction contracts; stock; trade receivables; cash flow; consolidated financial statement; corporate taxes.• Description and test the effectiveness of internal controls• Audit on reporting package towards holding company• Industries: Logistics and transportation, automotive (accessories and dealers), elevators, consumer goods.
