• Global Offshoring Project: finance departments migration from local entities to Global Business Center in Barcelona. • Focused on Accounting & Controlling. Coordination with the rest of finance teams -AP, AR- and with other business areas locally based.• Responsible for the transition of Accounting and Controlling roles, month end activities, reporting to Group, tax submission, external audit.

• Month end closings: control and financial reporting (UK/Local GAAP, IFRS). Compliance.• Analysis and reporting with focus on recommendations aimed to define new strategies inorder to gain efficiencies and improve business performance.• Budget and Forecasts preparation analysis and follow-up. FP&A. Control andrecommendations.• Business Case review and analysis. Projects control.• Manual Procedure elaboration.• Local and virtual teams management and coordination

Responsible for managing more than 120 properties in 19 entities and countries across Europe, Asia and USA.• Consolidation. Cost control and margins: analysis and recommendations.• Budget owner.
