Luciana started her professional experience in Corporate Communication, in Araldite marketing division at Novartis, where she worked for 4 years.As a personal goal, she focused her carrier on the marketing area, especially on Direct Marketing. She worked for more than 20 years with Direct Mkt, in the financial, insurance, and editorial markets, where she developed and executed various projects in acquiring and maintaining new clients.She gathered further experience being responsible for the management of Citibank’s (CitiGroup) prospects database, administrating actions to bring new clients, through the use of statistical models, which resulted in an increase of approximately 1,500 new clients/month.For more than 3 years, she was the Direct Marketing Manager at Editora Três – IstoÉ magazine. She answered for the biggest ever sales volume: approximately 10.000 new subscriptions/month.In 2004 she was the Database Marketing Manager at Aon Affinity Brazil and due to her performance and dedication, became responsible for the marketing department. She implemented, the “Intelligent Retention” project, with the objective to provide an intelligent customer care service, creating profitability in all operations and client’s loyalty, through statistic models. This system offers caused an improvement on the quality, time and consequently customer care costs decreased 8%! Luciana has been developing and applying statistical models in many projects which have been improving Aon results. One of them was a Geo Segmentation that it has been applied to find the best POP sales channel – opportunity and market profile. As Marketing Manager at AIG she was responsible for marketing strategies:market research, Net Promoter Score, focused on the optimization of investment and getting the best results. Developed cross sell multi-channel offers directing offers according to customers’ needs - Customer Centricity. Also responsible for PR, Events and Executive board presentations.Currently at Generali, I am the responsible for create and deploy all Mass Channels Insurance products. I am also looking for new kind of partners and services assistances that really brings benefits to customers. More than 50 new produts launched during these 2 last years!
