Responsibilities:- coordinate the relationship with the dealers chain from Transylvania, Western and Northern part of Romania;- animate and train the sales workforce of dealers to promote the products and services of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services;- maintain at a high level the volume of financing in the total amount of sales of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in my area;- settings sales strategy with GM/Owners of the Mercedes-Benz dealers;- implement the new products and services at the highest qualitative level;- realize an interface between Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and the dealers chain to sustain the dealers in their effort in developing the sales through Mercedes-Benz Financing;- implementation of the training program of the company;- I was involved/am involved in other projects within the company.- LMS (Learning Management System) responsible;- realizing/updating yearly trainings mandatory for new sales persons certifications;- realizing training at country level for promoting various products and services;- involved in this company since it's start-up.Trainer certification from Mercedes-Benz Global Training - I am involved in C-Sales Training program for the sales persons of Romanian Mercedes-Benz dealers.

RCI Finantare Romania it's a part of RCI Banque Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renault, specialized in automobile financing and services for Dacia, Renault and Nissan brands.Responsibilities:- training for dealers sales newcomers;- training for various products or services;- coordinate the relationship with the dealers chain from the West Area of Romania ( Timis, Arad, Hunedoara, Gorj, Mehedinti and Caras-Severin counties)- animate and train the sales workforce of dealers to promote the services and products of RCI ( Renault Credit International) and BRD GSG;- participating in recruiting process of new sales people for dealers from my area;- maintain at a high level the volume of financing in the total amount of sales of Dacia, Renault and Nissan cars in my area;- implement the new products and services at the highest qualitative level;- realize an interface between RCI and the dealers chain to sustain the dealers in their effort in developing the sales through RCI financing.
