Mr. Chen has two decades of experience representing clients in multibillion-dollar patent and trademark litigation cases involving products as varied as computer software, toys, antifungals, antibiotics, personal electronics, cholinesterase inhibitors and custom cutlery. His extensive involvement in all aspects of IP litigation spans counseling clients and initiating litigation, through to both bench and jury trials, including numerous Hatch-Waxman cases.
