My journey in IT began in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where I started as a Test Analyst at Sicredi in 2003. I ensured the successful release of key banking products, which built my reputation for quality and precision. In 2009, I joined T&T (HP Offshore software R&D) as a Tester, working on HP USA projects. I developed and executed test scenarios, created automated tests, and handled complex testing environments.In 2011, I became the QA Test Lead at Accenture, leading teams for Sicredi Bank projects. I guided my teams through test planning and execution, providing clear insights and comprehensive QA documentation. By 2012, I joined Disys, working on projects for financial institutions like Santander and Topázio Bank. My roles included Senior Test Analyst and Senior System Analyst, where I focused on testing and user support for CRM systems.From 2014 to 2022, I worked at Getnet Brasil (Santander Group) as a Senior System Analyst. I collaborated with stakeholders to enhance technical design documents and provided user support for CRM and ERP systems. As an Agile Master, I trained teams on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.In 2022, I moved to New Zealand and joined AutoPlay in Tauranga as a Test Analyst. I take ownership of test quality, implementing new tools and technologies to assure quality for the software deliveries. My certifications in ISTQB, PSM, PMO, and ITIL, along with my technical skills, enable me to adapt to diverse project requirements and deliver great results.My story is one of resilience and a passion for technology. Moving from Brazil to New Zealand, I’ve adapted and pursued excellence in every role. I am ready to tackle new challenges and contribute to innovative solutions, driven by my love for technology and commitment to quality.
