I started my professional life at the age of 16 as a computer programmer in a large textile industry.I worked in the area for five years maintaining contact with several professionals in the company to develop the Sales and HR systems.In the retail sector I was a manager in an important men's fashion chain where I trained and developed teams, enabling the professional growth of several employees. I was awarded for the results achieved.I opened my first restaurant in April 1998 and soon in 2002 I opened the second. Casa de Minas and Saporito are located in Mueller Shopping Mall, the most prestigious in the north of Santa Catarina. There are 40 employees contributing to make a positive difference in each experience offered by the two restaurants. We are the only restaurants in Joinville that since 2003 has been certified by PAS, the Safe Food Program. As our mission is to inspire, we seek Zero Waste certification, broadening environmental awareness.The turnover of the restaurants is considerably low for the sector and has employees with many years of experience.I travel constantly to do market research and invest in continuing education.I specialized in marketing, post-graduated in group dynamics and MBA in business management.I work actively at Mueller shopping center as a director of the tenants' association.Seeking continuous improvement, I took two other specializations in São Paulo. One in Positive Psychology and Coaching and another in People Management and Coaching.I collaborated in a Coaching institution in São Paulo, promoting the development of new professionals.I was highlighted as an entrepreneur woman in the commerce area by the Commercial and Industrial Association of Joinville.I lived in France from 2009 to 2011, always managing restaurants with well trained and reliable teams.I am a professional who believes in the strength of a well-developed team and is dedicated to this achievement.Having a vision of the future is important for a company to be ahead in the market. Constant updating is primordial.Investing in people and their development is indispensable for the differentiation of a company.I believe and work for the humanization of companies.
