I am a Mechanical Engineer, Brazilian (Italian citizen), with over 25 years of experience working for international companies.I began my career working with supervision and training on a service workshop and soon after I got the opportunity to work in a design engineering department. From this moment on I developed all my experience in the field of industrial engineering design, mostly in Energy Generation, Hydroelectricity and Design of Turbines. I have improved my education through training courses and personal interest, since basic design activities – drawing and calculation – to management of working groups. I have experienced the complex work in multidisciplinary and multitasking projects.Along these years I have worked in fine tuning with commercial area, preparing technical information for bid, estimating costs of engineering work, equipment and subsystems, supporting salesmen and business developers in the front line with the Clients. Since I start in management and executive positions I promote the strict interaction with HR, fundamental to have a team trained, motivated and renewed along the years. And together with IT I periodically review and plan the necessary update in resources compatible with the expected efficiency performance.My experience working abroad was done in many projects/proposals or participating in tech transfer programs and even as expatriate in countries e.g. Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Canada, Norway, Argentina, Colombia, China and India.
