Main responsibilities:-Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative research to gain strategic insights into the Web3 market.-Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation to execution.-Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and tools specific to Web3 projects-Monitor projects performance and aggregate results.-Analyze and interpret data from Web3 initiatives to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.-Maintain efficient communication channels within and outside the organization, ensuring effective information flow.-Effectively manage and coordinate contractors and vendors involved in Web3 projects.-Deliver presentations and reports on project progress and outcomes.-Develop targeted marketing strategies to promote the OTB group's Web3 initiatives.-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and privacy standards in Web3 implementation.-Provide training and support to internal teams on Web3 concepts and tools.-Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Web3 space.-Learn and apply new technical blockchain standards.-Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in Web3 technologies and platforms.-Coordinate the social communication on Discord and Twitter.

Main responsabilities:-Support innovation projects across OTB companies and internal teams related to Web3.-Work collaboratively with other team members, especially within Marketing to integrate initiatives as needed.-Develop strategic insights through detailed quantitative and qualitative research and analysis of the Web3 space.-Conduct competitive analysis and create benchmarks.-Support the project management from ideation to execution.-Monitor project performance, aggregate and share out results.-Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops to guide the strategic direction of projects.-Communicate efficiently across and outside the organization.-Managing contractors and vendors.
