Luciano M. Bocanegra is an economic consultant geologist with 15 years experience in the mining industry. Special expertise in exploration projects evaluation and targeting, through an integrated geological analysis. Also, specialized in the exploration of porphyry copper (Mo-Au), porphyry Au-Cu and epithermal systems (Au-Ag). Obtained a postgraduate degree in certification and valuation of mining assets, and he have developed strong skills in surface mapping, sampling, QA/QC, core logging and targeting. Experience in different countries especially in South America. Vectoring experience in metal deposits of diverse commodities such copper, gold, silver, base metal, bauxites and diamonds.Has a proactive and entrepreneur attitude towards development and research in new exploration technics, especial interest in team work, leadership ability, analytic and with great aptitude on new opportunities generation. Since 2015 he works as Manager in PETRA GAIA, an Spectroscopy and Exploration Mining consultant company based in Chile. Luciano is also a co-founder of the consultancy company, MINERAL VECTOR SERVICES. Previous work: Senior Geologist of Hochschild Mining (leading the generation of new projects and business opportunities, leading exploration projects in Chile and Argentina), as Project Geologist of Rio Tinto in Argentina, and as Exploration Geologist in a junior national company in Argentina.
