Here, I lead the development and enhancement of cutting-edge solutions for freight forwarders and customs agents. My focus is on streamlining document data entry processes, boosting efficiency, and implementing innovative new features to meet the evolving needs of the industry.I hold certifications in Generative AI from MIT and a Supply Chain course from Wharton, equipping me with cutting-edge knowledge and strategies to drive growth and innovation. Additionally, I hold several licenses to operate in Chile and the United States, including FMC, TSA, and Chile Customs, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our operations across different regions.Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in logistics, operations, and strategic planning, driving efficiency and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
