- Strategic project management and implementation of member lifecycle communications – from prospecting through welcome, engagement, redetermination and re-enrollment – through ongoing collaboration and follow-up with management, internal cross-functional teams, and vendors - Analysis of membership trends to identify and present potential issues and opportunities to marketing leadership team on an ongoing basis- Oversight of Google AdWords campaigns and improvement of key performance metrics, driving incremental traffic to website; ongoing content management of website utilizing Ektron

- Develop, manage and execute effective campaigns to support objectives through catalogs, flyers, sell sheets and emails by providing clear business direction to Advertising partners and facilitating communication between all business units to ensure the appropriate ideas are conveyed based on the strategy.- Management and continued improvement and optimization of email campaigns and plan, partnering with internal business units along with external service provider. Requires a great deal of organization and strong communication skills.- Conduct supporting research to understand strategic intent of an initiative as well as broaden the thought process on how to best approach challenges.- Management of project which enhanced ability to allocate catalogs within distribution centers, saving time, money and effort. $250K in the first year.

- Responsible for the accurate development, use and maintenance of marketing budgetary systems, calendars, competitive analysis, print instructions and analytical tools that support the development, execution, and communication of circular and print programs for Staples Retail.- Maintain and execute the annual circular plan of $80M and annual print plan of $3M for US Retail.- Coordinate and execute details of new store grand opening events with internal and external cross-functional teams.- Monitor weekly circular competition and publish competitive analysis to VP Marketing for determination of change to marketing print plan.

- Manage an average weekly outflow of $5M of Marketing and Advertising invoices and resolution of issues that arise, new vendor creation process, and maintenance of vendor files.- Preparation of monthly forecast/close reports for Marketing groups.
