o Developed and managed ML/ARD field laboratory:(1) Created standard operating procedures for laboratory equipment (e.g., rock crusher, shake flasks extractions), developed guidelines for portable XRF sample fabrication and analytics (Vancouver, BC).(2) Transitioned laboratory to Fernie, BC, organized sample reception and preparation, improved two local procedures decreasing time requirements by 25% per sample.(3) Operated laboratory in shift system, coordinated with field teams and QA/QC laboratories, managed shipment logistics, gathered field parameters (pH, conductivity, resistivity) and XRF data for 150 samples.
