I was also responsible for Immigration and our annual AAP plan. Business Partner to commercial, innovation, and finance client groups. Managed a $4M-recruitment budget. Led a team of 6; 4 TABP and 2 Coordinators across multiple sites.

Through proactive strategic business partnership, was responsible for supporting our west coast 24/7 manufacturing facility of 400+ employees.

Led organizational change management and collaborated as a strategic business partner for 95 stores and 1000+ employees across Northern/Southern California.

Supported and led the Background Screening Division of Kroll - Chatsworth location.
