DEBUTING stands for "Developing Business Through Inclusiveness and Gender Awareness – New Cluster Competences". But it is also a "debut" of addressing this topic with cluster policy makers.Led by Region Värmland, DEBUTING is about 11 partners from 10 regions determined to make a change in their policy instruments through an orchestrated ensemble of activities. These consist of 27 interregional policy learning events, minimum 22 best practices exchanged, 80 regional stakeholder group meetings involving 93 organisations. The ambition goes beyond the project, aiming to put the learnings and the collaborative relations developed at the service of a Smarter Europe.Running from March 2023 until May 2027, DEBUTING is expected to contribute to two ERDF Operational Programmes for Investment for Growth and Jobs, six Smart Specialisation Strategies and through them to cluster strategies, to a national cluster strategy in Hungary and to a cluster policy programme of Lower Austria.

The PENELEOPE projects aims to:- Develop, transfer, and implement innovative practices, following a cluster-based approach.- Enable gender mainstreaming strategies in European SMEs, focusing on the critical factors for the advancement of gender-inclusive industries in the EU.It is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.The expected results of the project are: - A handbook to equip cluster teams on gender equality strategies (good practices and interviews, innovative tools guide) - A toolkit of videos on gender equality strategies for small and medium enterprises - A virtual learning environment for SMEs to access all materials free of charge for 5 years (with adaptive training and gamification techniques) - A methodology for European clusters to directly train SMEs from these contents (guide for trainers and facilitators, toolbox to carry out training sessions and pilot sessions to test the training.The project is carried out in partnership with Oxalis-Scop, France Clusters, AMUEBLA cluster, Romanian Textile & Concept Cluster and Lucia Seel International Consulting GmbH.More information available at: https://penelope-project.org

Since June 2020 I am the validation manager for the profiles of various cluster stakeholders.
