Providing care for assigned group of patients during the shift. Obtaining vital signs Q4hrs, providing patient hygiene, fresh linen and bed making, providing meals and recording all intake and output.

At the Austin State School I was assigned to a Home and given a group of residents to care for. I bathed, dressed, and provided oral hygiene for all my assigned residents. Fed all assigned residents, changed briefs and transported clients as needed. I also was a workshop instructor and supervisor for my assigned clients.

Obtained vital signs Q4hrs, provided patient hygiene (Bed baths/ showers, changing briefs), changed linens, recorded all intake and output, fed clients as needed, performed bladder scans, and provided dressing changes. Assisted Registered Nurses with any other tasks as needed.
