Moulinot is a social enterprise, pioneering in biowaste management and circular economy. Our main activities are: - Educational and awareness activities to kitchen staff- Collecting biowaste with eco-friendly trucks (running with natural gaz)- Recycling biowaste into compost and biogaz.We have opened the first and industrial plant for food waste in the Parisian Region. We are partnering with farmers in the region, who have their own methanisation plants, to transform biowaste into energy.
