• Responsible for a variety of duties all related to providing disaster assistance to homeowners, renters and businesses seeking funds for repair, rehabilitation or replacement of disaster damaged personal, real or business property.• Process home and/or business loans and make recommendations on collateral needed to secure loans.• Apply accepted financial procedures to analyze financial resources to determine an applicant's ability to repay requested loans.• Review all pertinent facts needed to make eligibility determinations by analyzing such factors as the nature and cause of damage, intended use of proceeds, legislative and administrative loan limits, and disposition of insurance and other recoveries. • Ensure loan files contain all pertinent documentation to include conversations with applicants and written recommendations or justifications for conclusions.• Manage a pipeline of 50+ loans.

• Develop real estate strategies and monitor expenses relative to established budgets and strategies to sell properties in a defined territory and to meet department, team, and individual goals. • Evaluate Broker Priced Opinions and Appraisals to recommend market strategy plans.• Negotiate sales contract terms with broker network, Client Sales Associates, and consumers to meet recovery targets and performance goals • Review both capital and preservation & maintenance repair bids to determine if bids are cost effective.• Manage a monthly portfolio of 500+ properties ranging from pre-listed, eviction, repaired, listed, and sale pending statuses, while providing guidance to Property Coordinators, Redemption Coordinators, Repair Specialists, Title Specialists, and Closing Coordinators.

• Engage with designated third party vendors to provide timely authorization for marketing plans, list price, offers, and expenses.• Evaluate Broker Priced Opinions and Appraisals relative to recommended marketing plans.• Analyze marketing plans to ensure that most economically plans are implemented.• Negotiate sales price and contract terms on offers to mitigate losses and ratify contracts on behalf of the corporation.• Review and approve discretionary expenditures to ensure compliance with corporate expense guidelines and delegated authority.• Managed 300+ properties ranging from pre-listed, repaired, eviction, listed, and sale pending statuses.
