Current*Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via email or phone calls.*Handle confidential documents with discretion while managing sensitive information on behalf of executives or clients.*Answer multi-line phone systems, routing calls, delivering messages to staff and greeting visitors.*Manage the filing system, enter data and complete other clerical tasks.*Track all orders and match BOLs to deliveries received*Verify vendor files accurate and up-to-date to expedite payment processing*Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statement and related transactions and disbursed amounts via check or electronic transfer*Review vendor invoice details to resolve inconsistencies*Contact clients with past due accounts
