A Boutique Family Movie TheaterHusband and wife Larry and Lucie Mann own and operate Park Plaza Cinema since 2010. They bought PPCinema from their French Canadian friends and started improving their theater. Lucie is from Embrun ONT. Canada, a small french town. She moved to Hilton Head in her early 20’s in 1983. She is an architectural designer, Larry is a builder contractor he is from Carmel CA and moved here in 1996. They met here on Hilton Head Island in 1998 and have worked together as partners since then. They married 8 years later 2006. “Best thing we ever did”.Lucie designs custom homes and Larry builds them.
