For the past 2 years I've been involved with Genève en Transition as a Civic tech consultant with the Department of Territory. The operational side of the work I've been doing in this position includes :- Facilitating adoption of Geneva's Decidim's instance (participer.ge.ch) by it's contractors- Designing best practices handbook for participative processes managers- Facilitating /participating in inter-departmental and inter-regional meetings- Co-organizing national civic tech seminars on public participation strategies, digital commons and greener smart cities- Designing and prototyping an open source & open data civic tech tool to diagnose territories

Teaching the basics of User Experience to professionals over a 5 days course. Overviewing common practices, general theory (cognitive psychology and interaction design), as well as practical assignements of user interface design for mobile apps, all along a project life cycle.

The design research I&IC (Inhabiting and Interfacing the Clouds), explored the creation of counter-proposals to the current expression of “Cloud Computing”, particularly in its forms intended for private individuals and end users (“Personal Cloud”). It is led by Profs.
