Specialise in custom designed furniture, joinery, lighting & objects.Experience in Food styling for cookbooks & Magazines. Continuing many years of freelance contract design work to event, advertising and marketing agencies, councils and government institutions. French cooking school where I am an apprentice to French Chef Sebastien Piel. Cooking class's are run fortnightly on a weekend with all different cooking techniques and menu's taught. Functions for cooking class's are booked for birthday's, family events and other occasions. Am currently training for running my own cooking class's for children which will start to run mid year 2010.

The furniture consists of a small group of 10 people that makes custom designed timber furniture for one off pieces and specialty shop and restaurant and bar fit outs. A sample of the projects I have worked on-The Izakaya Den in Melbourne - a traditional Japanese method of treating timber by blow torching the surface of the timber. The restaurant Barbegello Trattoria - Tables, chairs, Bar plus other fixtures and fittings - French Walnut hard wood timber and veneer used with a French polish finish.

Headed OSA's Interior Design Section. Worked on Numerous projects including institutional state government projects and private sector schools, local government and private residential commissions. This included running a small team of interior designers and working with 35 different architects on up to 30 different projects at a time. Projects were taken from initial consultations, master planning, tenders, concept design, design development and documentation through to contract admin.
