I led three projects focused on the digital transformation of the Mortgage department, which were crucial for achieving our digitalization objectives.The projects were:● Process re-engineering of a legacy mortgage system, enhancing operational efficiency and user experience for back-office.● Implemented PowerBI dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making, providing comprehensive insights into the entire mortgage process (both front- and back-office) using lean methodologies for enhanced operational efficiency.● Developed a proprietary mortgage software tailored for front-office staff, optimizing client engagement and workflow automation. On my own initiative, I drafted a proposal for the redesign of an outdated mortgage process to align with our department's digital transformation efforts. It focused on optimizing leads management and digital loan origination processes.These projects demonstrate my proficiency in product management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.

I effectively led and collaborated on key projects and products that significantly improved our in-house debt collection system, which encompassed automating processes and enhancing system capabilities.● Led API integration for: - Swapfiets operations in Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. - Klarna, enabling immediate, automated transfer of buy now, pay later customer files into our debt collection system, reducing manual intervention and streamlining our processes.● Led the UI/UX re-platforming project from js to vue.js.● Led the further development of "Mijn COEO".● Led the further development of COEO's proprietary software (bugs and improvements)● Collaborated with a vendor to develop a Machine Learning model ‘likelihood-to-pay’ in relation to days of outstanding payments and validity of the customer.

At COEO, a manual debt collection process caused inefficiencies and strained resources. To address this, I led the development and launch of "Mijn COEO," a self-service digital portal, focusing on user-centric features and streamlining the debt collection process. The product's vision was to create a user-friendly interface, enhancing customer experience and financial recovery efforts.This involved extensive:● Stakeholder research● Requirement collection● Process visualization● Software documentation● Close collaboration with a developerThe portal's implementation improved the system by:● View personal data and outstanding balance● Direct payment option● Payment plan arrangement feature● Ability to make an objection● User-friendly interface to ask questions about one's file

During my research internship at Mopar, I focused on a study titled "The Inefficiencies of a Shipment Process.". Mopar, facing logistical challenges, struggled to meet its KPI of on-time delivery, with a norm between 95% to 98%. Despite a slight improvement due to changing transporters, inefficiencies in the supply chain led to inaccurate delivery dates, affecting dealer satisfaction and sales. The research aimed to increase the accuracy of estimated delivery dates to 99% to improve dealer service levels.
