•Drive improved revenues, deposits, net contribution, activity and promotions by leading the technical channels of Vegas Partner Lounge•Devise and conceptualize strategies to extract the maximum gaming potential of all active and dormant customers•Assist in the execution of targeted, structured and measured promotional campaigns to increase the wallet share of the newly converted, retained and reacquired customer base•Actively monitor, report, analyze and drive daily, weekly and monthly reporting on key active metrics, fluctuations (up and down), anomalies and trends to identify key opportunities for growth with a strong focus on benchmark comparisons. •Incorporate retention waterfalls for the active customer base•Assist in the design and execution of innovative, profitable and engaging promotions based on knowledge gained from competitor analysis, industry experience and online research. Insist on timeous and error-free execution of these projects and promotions•Communicate planned projects and key informative updates to all stakeholders.•Documentation of learning’s for constant improvement and streamlining•Devise segmented customer tracks to actively show where the casino activity is at any moment in time, which will allow the organization to make profit driven decisions consistently•Incorporate high level and long term strategic focus on active customers via multiple platforms (flash casino, Viper casino and Mobile casino) with great attention to ROI by incorporating active segmentation•Liaise and actively report (formally and informally) to the head of the Retention in terms of metric updates, project statuses, new innovations, approvals and strategic direction.
