At the age of 25 I was told to wait to calm down. At least ten years so that my passion diminishes naturally. I fought the French government to stay living in France. At the age of 30 I was "diagnosed" as unmanagable. I also heard that one cannot have family & high profile career at the same time. I had 3 kids and become worldwide director at 36 in a CAC40 group. But that was before. My need of congruence and taste of challenge brought me to switch career path again. I decided to contribute to organizational life by accompagnying individuals, teams and organizations through deliberate or imposed changes. Besides my technique I'm recognized as a truth teller, an iron fist in a velvet glove and a out of the box person. I do admit that creativity & humour are my signatures since I believe them increasing impact and efficiency of my work.
