Talent and Organisational Development teamReporting to the Global Learning & Development Manager.In this dual role I consulted with the Property business unit around their graduate, leadership, talent and broader people development needs. This included capability framework development, implementation and assessments, career and development planning sessions, team effectiveness, and managing strategic initiatives including a large scale customer focus program and an emotional intelligence roll out. From a global perspective I worked across the leadership development initiatives, and led the end-to-end development of the Business Acumen global program. Additionally, I owned the business capability portfolio of programs across Australia, implementing new programs and intact team workshops, communication and promotion strategy, nominations process, and vendor management.
