The Matcha Initiative is a community of 110+ members that aims to share best practices, knowledge and resource, and connect sustainability players in South East Asia. As a member of the coordination team, I:- Oversee the Sustainability Accounting and Sustainable Finance best practices publication project: In this open source toolbox, we explain what CFOs and finance departments of SMEs and larger companies are expected to do to adapt to ESG regulations and support sustainability strategy through: ** Strategic analysis: voluntary and mandatory frameworks, materiality assessment, risks and opportunities ** Environmental and social impact identification: metrics selection and impact assessment ** Integrated financial planning and sustainability data management: adapting processes and decision flow ** Cross-functional team alignment, training and awareness raising ** External funding: leveraging green financeMy role is to coordinate the contributors, evaluate the impact and effort of each solution, proofread the written content, prepare the public launch event.- Coordinate the programme of monthly public masterclasses: create a 6-month plan with priority topics (HR Sustainable practices, Sustainability communications, Social responsibility, Green the office, Energy solutions, Supply chain & procurement, Governance & strategy...), brief speakers, book venue, manage communication with participants (registration, on and offline feedback) and with the public (pre-event flyer, post-event article on LinkedIn).- Mentor ESSEC Singapore students from the Junior Consultant Experience course to work on a development project to Indonesia and Malaysia. Provide advice and support, guide the students' work, connect them with experts, evaluate the final deliverables as a jury member.
