In line with the LafargeHolcim Health & Safety Strategy and Management System (HSMS), under thedirection of Head of H&S Systems and Processes:- To maintain and continuously improve the HSMS, the H&S Intranet site, all H&S Processes- H&S Internal Group Communications: to manage Global H&S challenges & Best Practices, monthlyNewsletter, Connect H&S Community animation, Master data of H&S practitioners- To maintain and continuously improve Standards & associated visuals

- Provide various Health and Safety analysis and decision support to line managers- Consolidate and analyze the Group H&S results (70 countries)- Management of the Group H&S Reporting System (incidents, observations)- Animation of the tool administrators community (monthly web-meeting, newsletter, training sessions, 70 people)- Participate in "Health and Safety Management" Audits on Cement, Aggregates and Concrete sites

In charge of the evolution of the Internet and Intranet, taking into account user needs and the constant evolution of new technologies. Main projects: - revamping of the Group Intranet Lafarge Online- revamping of the corporate website www.lafarge.com - creation of 2 web-factories (1 for developing country intranets portals and 1 for developing country internet websites) - creation of the website www.lafargeholcim.comTasks:- Coordination of internal and external teams (more than 30 people on the last project)- Detailed specifications writing, tests- Change management- Production of tutorials and various communications tools- Animation of the « Intranet managers » network (30 people) - Sharing of best practices

2007-2008: Project manager of the 3 following Group projects: Purchasing portal, Contract database, Suppliers qualification tool- Building and animation of the project teams- Definition of needs- Tests and launch of these new tools- Development of communication plan2005-2006: trainer and coach of 4 tools : purchasing portal, 110 collaborative groups, e-sourcing tool and product catalogue- Administration and evolution of the tools : definition of needs, tests, member of customer clients, benchmarks, statistics follow-up, creation and analysis of a satisfaction questionnaire- Creation of a monthly newsletter for the Purchasing community- Communication of e-purchasing best practices
