I was born to communicate. Building relationships is what I do. Whether interviewing a guest on the radio, guiding a client thru the maze of insurance options or resolving workers compensation claims, my focus is on listening and exchanging information. My goal is to bring as much as I can to the table, for my clients, my guests and my colleagues. In addition to communication, caring and organization are also key. I am the air traffic controller in a fast moving setting. I am a customer service specialist and I have background that includes a strong Risk Management and staffing industry experience on a large scale. Strategic thinking with strong organizational skills is what I offer. I enjoy the challenge of complex working situations and lessons learned from problem solving by thinking outside the box.
