I was a background actress in the film industry in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. I got to work on many different sets, where I learned a little about the management on set and all the essential work that happens off-camera. I had to take constant instruction from my higher-ups to make everything flow smoothly.

My time working at and volunteering at YMCA Camp Shaver allowed me to demonstrate my leadership skills and ability to work with children. I had to work with my fellow counselors to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our campers. I learned many useful wilderness skills and broadened my love for the great outdoors.
