The Manet Community Health Foundation (MCHF) is a repository for charitable donations to Manet and is its fundraising arm with a primary goal to help address the unmet and expanding health and social service needs of under served patients along the South Shore and Southeastern MA. As Chief Philanthropy Officer, garnered resources and support for the mission and goals of the 501c3 non-profit health center with 3 locations in Quincy, and one each in Hull and Taunton. Plan and lead all development activities and serve as the liaison to the Manet Health Foundation Board, introduced publicly in June 2017.

As a member of the senior team, executed strategic fundraising in concert with the President & CEO, board of directors and development committee of the board of this non-profit agency dedicated to ending homelessness in the South Shore area of Massachusetts. Played a leadership role in the fundraising portion of the 5-year strategic plan. Directed operations of a 7-person development team, including events, marketing communications and public relations, all collateral, web and social media. Responsible for the acquisition and stewardship of major donors, including an 18-month naming campaign to support the operations of a 32-unit housing development in Brockton, and the initiation of a planned giving program.As Director of Resource Development from Jul 2009 to Dec 2010, reporting to the CEO, executed annual fundraising events, planned and implemented outreach to increase donor base, cultivated new corporate/business contributors and supporters, managed private foundation/corporate grants, and monitors and analyzes outcomes.
