Teaching classroom music (11-18)

My role is primarily to ensure the smooth running of 3 holiday lets. I manage and train the cleaning staff, maintain supplies, and arrange the maintenance of the lets. I do all the administration including maximising bookings by promoting the holiday lets using online platforms such as airbnb and booking.com. I keep an eye on bookings and fluctuate rates according to demand. I have increased booking year on year from 43% capacity in 2016 to 88% this year. I liaise with guests by telephone, email and face to face. I prioritise making sure that the guests needs are catered for, giving them a warm welcome when they arrive making sure any problems are quickly rectified. I understand the importance of keeping the lets maintained to the highest of standards, deep cleaning them twice a year to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and doing maintenance jobs myself or calling in a professional as and when required. I currently work 3 full days plus weekends and evenings as and when required.
