An educator and a fortuitous social entrepreneur - Lucinda Ockhuizen is a Founding Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Education, Research & Development at GadgetBoy 3D Solutions. Lucinda is a University of Stellenbosch graduate, having completed a BSc degree in Human Life Sciences, a postgraduate Honours degree in Psychology, and a postgraduate certificate in Education at the institution. During a short stint in Australia, the creative technologist was introduced to the transformative power of 3D printing and subsequently developed an insatiable curiosity and appreciation for all things 3D. She strives to educate more women and children on emerging technological developments, and to develop and implement solutions to social, cultural and environmental issues.
