Lulu has 12 years consulting, design and architecture experience with a special focus on Order to Cash. Through work at Zuora and Salesforce she has built up architecture skills in E2E design of an Order to Cash ecosystem and continued to grow her knowledge in billing and the subscription economy. Previously worked at Accenture on telco and hi-tech companies doing large scale BSS and OSS transformations. Through various roles, as Solution Architect, test lead, project manager and Python web developer, gaining skills in order to cash architecture, consulting, project management, telco, subscription economy, billing and digital / web systems development. The mix of architecture experience, consulting and technical skills has given Lulu the understanding and credibility to communicate complex ideas between customers, product owners and engineers, to create and drive value in complex projects.
