There’s a certain look, when somebody starts a new role; the mixture of excitement, nerves and determination, often hidden by an air of first day professionalism. Seeing that look gives me the same feeling as the look of confidence and self-belief my coaching clients have once they’ve made the changes they need to transform their lives. As a director in various roles, I supported my teams to be their best and to do their best.
