- Led the successful launch of Sea Transport Industrial Digital Plan by negotiating business models and goto market strategies for digital solutions, meeting the tight deadlines for the launch in COS 2019.- Headed the vetting and due diligence from governance teams leading to successful creation of more than5 innovation pilot projects for AI, security and logistics in Singapore.- Mitigated conflict between applicant companies and commercial partners by strategizing for thealignment of interests leading to >100 signed partnerships.

- Won against competitors such as NCS through strategic negotiation and value proposition, closing almost$4 million worth of government and MNC projects from LTA, RWS, Grab etc.- Spearheaded lead generation activities by developing a digital marketing strategy, marketing collateralsand events, creating a leads pipeline of >$500,000 in 6 months
